Taking place on Wednesday 9 November 2022 in Brussels, the sixth and final edition of the annual FAIR Forum is delighted to now reveal the latest additions to the programme!  The 6th FAIR Forum will be the opportunity to present and share the findings and deliverables of the FAIR+ project’s research conducted on:

  • recreational athletes’ use of performance enhancing substances, from the largest ever survey conducted on the topic
  • the societal and psychological motivations behind the use of doping in recreational sport
  • a new approach to anti-doping programmes for trainers and coaches

To bring further depth to the latter, the Forum programme also counts external contributions in the speaker line-up. We are excited to announce Dr Liene Kozlovska (Senior Programme Manager, Anti-Doping Unit- Sport Division. Council of Europe) will share the Council of Europe’s anti-doping work to date and cast a light on the future avenues. Dr April Henning (lecturer and researcher at University of Stirling) will offer the first keynote, at the end of the first session, which will bridge the focus of the morning session to that of the afternoon. Finally, Tony Cunningham (Senior Manager, Education (Policy and Research)) from the World Anti-Doping Agency, will offer the second keynote address during the afternoon session, which will discuss anti-doping research, policy and education.
